SLCSI celebrates Business Month with Services Go Global (SGG) Training
PRESS RELEASE: Castries, Saint Lucia October 31, 2017 – the Saint Lucia Coalition of Service Industries (SLCSI) as part of its calendar of activities for Business Month will, from November 6 – 9 2017, host the 5th in its cycle of Export Development Training – “Services Go Global” SGG. The programme is supported by Caribbean Export Development Agency (CEDA) and the Department of Commerce, Industry, Investment, Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs, and endorsed by the Saint Lucia Trade Export Promotion Agency (TEPA). SGG targets small to medium size enterprises operating within the Services Sector, business finance agencies and Business Support Organizations.
SGG is an instructor-led, needs and competency based export training program which adopts the GATS modes of delivering services and follows a logical, sequenced approach to exporting. Participants will be given a roadmap that takes exporters through four stages and twelve modules of export preparation, based on globally accepted strategies and best practices. On completion of the training, participants will receive coaching towards completion of their export plans.
